The great and dreadful day

Today I substitute taught for a high school social studies class - which was infinitely better than the middle school social studies class. This evening we went and played Caylus with Amy and Kacey. It's a great game - but I still don't have it all figured out yet. I need more practice (hint hint, Amy!)

Tomorrow is the NATS competition. I haven't competed vocally since I was 17 years old in college. I remember feeling really young and surrounded by great singers. Now I'm competing in the "mature singers" category - and I'm nervous! Please pray for me - I want to sing well. Here's one of the songs I'll be singing tomorrow - I just love it. Cecilia Bartoli sings beautifully - but her facial expressions are somewhat distracting:

Can't wait to hear how it went! You have a fabulous voice-I'm sure even better singing music other than the Fugees! (remember?)
