Anna has begun the summer season of t-ball and she had a game tonight. I must admit - she looks very natural playing the game. I have no doubt that she will be a great athlete - it's in her genes. Tyler is quite athletic and I am (read: was) as well. I'm hopeful that both Keith & Katya will enjoy playing sports. It will be fun to see what their interests will be.
Today we spent lots of time getting dossier documents put together. On monday we should get them all certified and apostilled and then mail them in. There is a family going to Ukraine next week and so they will be able to take some of our documents with them - to help them move along faster! :o)
Tonight we had our HSLG meeting and we focused on stretching. I was amazed at how much more relaxed I was afterwards - I should stretch more often! Last night our internet was down and I decided to do some scrapbooking - how marvelous that was! I have a goal to finish up scrapbooking all the pictures that I have printed before we leave for Ukraine. I'm hoping to move from traditional scrapbooking to digital scrapbooking - anyone have any experience with digital scrapbooking? Which do you prefer? Which companies have you used and what do you like/not like about them? I'm hoping it will simplify my scrapbooking - any thoughts?

I have been using Snapfish for a few years to make scrapbooks for Christmas presents (how silly am I, I've never printed them out for myself). They have really gotten pretty great--lots of options for backgrounds and picture arrangements. Also, duplicates are 20% off, so it is great for gift giving.
Good job with your scrapbooking. Just thinking about it makes me tired...hmmm...I remember when it wasn't too difficult to pull out my stuff and get a good day in...
I've done quite a bit of pages just using Microsoft Picture It- Photo 7.0. The program was already on my computer. It's great for editing and placing pictures, and lettering, but there aren't any background papers.
At the end of last year, I became an independent consultant for Heritage Makers, a digital storybooking/scrapbooking company. Check it out- my site is www.joyarchives.com. You can make and design your own hard cover books, posters, cards, etc. which can be reordered. It's all done on-line, so if you upload your photos, you can work on a project wherever you can get on-line. You can also access ScrapGirls backgrounds and embellishments (over 30,000 pieces of artwork) and there are now several templates available. I like the traditional scrapbooking, but it's definitely less mess and more convenient to do the digital.
