Thus shall my thanks be thanks, indeed
Today is Fast Sunday. I decided to fast on the topic of thankfulness for the many blessings that Heavenly Father has given me. In choir practice, we're learning a lovely arrangement of "Because I have been given much". One of the verses talks about sharing all that we have with others and that thus shall my thanks be thanks, indeed. I took away from this that if we are giving to others what we have been given by God, that that will be a way for us to show our thankfulness to God for all we have. God is so selfless. He asks for us to serve others to show our gratitude for all He gives us, and then he blesses us again! I am truly blessed to have the gospel of Jesus Christ in my life.
