Don’t give up. Don’t you quit. You keep walking. You keep trying. There is help and happiness ahead. You keep your chin up. It will be all right in the end. Trust God and believe in good things to come. Some blessings come soon, some come late, and some don’t come until heaven; but for those who embrace the gospel of... Jesus Christ, they come. -Elder Jeffrey R. Holland

Frustrating
Because of some paperwork issues, I won't be able to have my first adjustment for my lapband until January 29th INSTEAD of it being tomorrow. I am miffed about this. I was ready for that adjustment tomorrow; ready to make changes in my diet and ready to see some progress from my surgery that I had last October. However, I believe that all things happen for a purpose, and while I don't see a purpose right now - I have faith that this is how God wants things to happen. It will happen in His time, I have no doubt.

Sorry for the delay. Hope time goes quickly to the 29th.
Oh no! I know how frustrating that must be for you - gearing up for something and then having to put it off drives me nuts too. I hope the time flies until then - good luck!
Even though it's frustrating, keep up the faith and keep up the positive attitude. As you said, things happen the way they do for a reason.
Boo on the delay. But if you feel like you are ready for the diet change, is it something that you are allowed to do before the adjustment? If it is, it would probably be good to make those changes now when you really feel ready.
I'm sorry for the delay. I hate when I get all prepared for something and it doesn't work out. Not too much of a delay, though and your attitude always teaches me to be better. Thank you! :)
That's so frustrating, I can only imagine! But good for you for keeping the right attitude about it :) We'll keep you in our prayers!
