Don’t give up. Don’t you quit. You keep walking. You keep trying. There is help and happiness ahead. You keep your chin up. It will be all right in the end. Trust God and believe in good things to come. Some blessings come soon, some come late, and some don’t come until heaven; but for those who embrace the gospel of... Jesus Christ, they come. -Elder Jeffrey R. Holland

I'm making precilus little to nothing!! That's the beauty of having major surgery the week before Thanksgiving. :-) Everyone else is doing the cooking and the dishes 'cause I still can't be up very long without getting really dizzy.
I will, however, supervise as my daughter prepares a frozen cream and berry salad later this afternoon and I will do my best to supervise/assist my hubby in preparing easy and delicious low cal and sugar free yams tomorrow morning.
The rest of the clan is making the turkey, dressing, potatoes, rolls, pies, green peas, and I'm sure I'm forgetting something else.
i'm going to rob's grandmas house...but i
m making and bringing pumpkin roll and creole green beans
I don't have to cook this year - we're headed to enjoy someone else's cooking. Just wanted to mention that Martinelli's non-alcoholic grape/apple soda is so much better than Welch's... you have to try it if you haven't already. :) Sounds like a great menu! I think the only thing I would add is sweet potatoes and maybe a cherry pie (with tart cherries). Oooh, I'm getting hungry...
