Lately I've been musing about the afterlife. We all try to live worthily of returning to live with God and Jesus Christ. It occurred to me that this would be a better goal if I was actually striving to have a relationship with them while on the earth. And that meant...that I need to do more to know them in this life. I would like to ask all who read this blog to let me know what you are doing now to get to know our Father in Heaven, and his son, Jesus Christ. I am particularly interested to know how you keep a prayer in your heart at all times, among other things. I look forward to your comments.

You are a great example to me. I know Heavenly Father and Jesus are very proud of you. I think you are doing all the right things: reading your scriptures, praying, going to the temple, doing FHE, serving, and raising your family with the gospel. You are obedient and you follow all the things Heavenly Father asks you to do. Those are the things that help us have a relationship with them while we are here on earth.
