Patience

Four days ago, I stood up a little funny and my lower back had a sharp pain. Since then, my back has been stiff and hurting. Another opportunity for me to slow down and recovery. I have had several of these opportunities. Perhaps I am not being as patient as I need to be? I must need to learn this lesson - how to depend upon others for help. Anna has made dinner twice and has done a great job! Tyler is slated to cook dinner tonight. I am hopeful that I can be feeling a bit better by tomorrow - so I can cook for Michael’s birthday.
