Family Fun Night - Sweden 🇸🇪

Family Fun Night was about Sweden this month. We tried all kinds of snacks and learned which family members like black licorice. 😝 The dill chips were interesting! For dinner, I made a Swedish Christmas dish: Frestelse med Lax (julienned potatoes with smoked salmon and dill in a cream sauce), St. Lucia Saffron Buns, and a Cherry Swedish Tea Ring for dessert. We watched Geography Now’s video on Sweden and then we watched Pippi Longstocking, which is Swedish. 🇸🇪 It’s fascinating to see the traditions and recipes from new countries each month.
