Don’t give up. Don’t you quit. You keep walking. You keep trying. There is help and happiness ahead. You keep your chin up. It will be all right in the end. Trust God and believe in good things to come. Some blessings come soon, some come late, and some don’t come until heaven; but for those who embrace the gospel of... Jesus Christ, they come. -Elder Jeffrey R. Holland

Happy Easter!
Yes, it's not Easter Sunday, but we had our Easter feast today, complete with Black Forest Ham (from Sam's club - it's the BEST), holiday style mashed potatoes, homemade crescent rolls, corn, sparkling grape juice, and the traditional sunny coconut cake. I posted the recipes on the left sidebar - in case you want some new ideas for your Easter feast! It was SO good...we wanted to have leftovers for the next few days. Coulter leaves on saturday morning and Tyler may be going out of town on Sunday morning (it's still up in the air for now), and we're going to Kirtland, OH, on friday...so why not have the meal on wednesday? Here's some photos:

YUM! Sounds like you will be really busy!
WOW! That cake looks scrumptious! I've got to try out that recipe one of these days. You're a great cook, and so generous to share all your secrets! :) It's interesting that you use cream cheese instead of milk in your mashed potatoes. I bet that's really tasty. :)
