Christmas in October

Normally I don't like the idea of thinking about Christmastime before Halloween, but this year is different. Since we are moving before Halloween and will be in limbo for a few weeks before arriving in FL and getting settled there - I thought it would make my life a little easier if I already had a handle on some Christmas presents. So today I mailed off some packages and I feel so relieved because of it!

My diet is going well, I am feeling better and more satisfied eating less. I am slowly losing my desire to think about food constantly and look forward to the day when food won't be on my mind all the time.

I tend to get inspiration in the middle of the night when I make a restroom stop. Last night what came to my mind was this: "You're doing too much. Slow down and be sure and breathe more oxygen than you have been doing." Yeah, so, today I have made an effort to not do more than I should be doing and I have been wearing my oxygen mask more. All for now.

I find that I feel better eating healthy. AND when I stop eating crappy food its off my mind. Its like my body rids itsself of the sugar and salt and fat and then forgets it ate it. idk if that makes sense

I'm so happy that you're recovering so well. And way to go for being on top of things. You have got to be the most organized person I know to have sent out Christmas presents already!
