Tyler went surfing for the first time yesterday. His friend, Joe, showed him the ropes, er, waves. Tyler loved it - but the board needed more wax, so he got a big rash on his stomach, plus his arms felt like jello after all that paddling out. He managed to get up on his board on 2 waves - not standing, but up! I was so proud of him - I have a feeling this might become a new hobby.
Today I told Keith that we were going to Chick-Fil-A for lunch and he needed to get his shoes on. A few minutes later he came in with these:
