Don’t give up. Don’t you quit. You keep walking. You keep trying. There is help and happiness ahead. You keep your chin up. It will be all right in the end. Trust God and believe in good things to come. Some blessings come soon, some come late, and some don’t come until heaven; but for those who embrace the gospel of... Jesus Christ, they come. -Elder Jeffrey R. Holland

Halloween Baking
Anna's having a "Fall Party" tomorrow, although it's really a "Halloween Party" in disguise (pun intended), so I decided to make some cupcakes for her to take to the party. If you have an ALDI near you, they have the cutest Halloween cake mixes, frosting, & sprinkles to make a fun, easy, and inexpensive treat for your kids or party. I enjoy this part of being a mama - making things with my kids, especially holiday themed things. Love it!

Lucky you on so many fronts! Even if I could and wanted to help with the fall/Halloween party, I wouldn't be able to do anything fun like that. Our school district (and our last one, too) do not allow any homemade treats for any occasion. Everything has to be store bought and packaged. Even the cooks in the caffeteria don't really even "cook" anymore. They just reheat. Bleckh!!
What fun!! I am sure that Anna and her classmates enjoyed the yummy treats! I love that part of being a momma, too. :)
