I'm grateful that Tyler is in the military. There are many activities that we can attend. This month alone, I have 5 activities that I'm attending:
-a military spouse seminar (they told me tons of benefits of being a spouse to an active duty airman + they gave me a $25 giftcard to Outback Steakhouse. Yeah, I'm loving that)
-Breakfast with Santa. Fabulous activity.
-On base Christmas activities - this was tonight. There was free food (pulled pork, pizza, cotton candy, funnel cakes, etc), face painting, jump house, balloons, music, free bowling, and the theater played THE POLAR EXPRESS. What a fun night! My kids LOVED it.
I think this was Anna's 3rd time meeting Santa this year.
-Visit with Santa. This is tomorrow - I'm sure it will be great.
Tonight I got busy getting my latest blog put together. What? Another blog. Yeah, well, it makes it much easier to update everyone on our PIERCE FAMILY ADOPTION. Be sure and check out this blog often to see our progress in bringing home 1-3 orphans with special needs from Russia. See you there!

I am excited for your new adoption journey.
I also struggled with the lap band, I have had it 5 yrs. I weigh the same now as I did then. I am having it removed and a different surgery in January. I was wondering, are you going to go through Reece's Rainbow for this adoption also, and have you picked out kids yet? I have been enjoying reading your blog for a long time, I have a bunch of adopted kids too. Take care and Merry Christmas to you and your family. Anne
