Don't Give Up

I went to the Orlando Temple today. I was able to do some work for 13 ancestors of mine. It was such a great feeling. I love being in the temple.

The kids are swimming in the pool with Tyler - he is such a great dad. I'm so blessed to have him as my husband and the father of my children. I still consider it a miracle that God brought he and I together. We have had such a happy married life together. He is a delight.

I believe that God has a plan for all of us. I never imagined that I would be an Airmen's wife or that we would adopt 4 special needs children. I never thought that I would be knowledgable about FAS and CP and global delays and attachment. And soon I will know a lot about the heart conditions that Calvin & Silas both have - 5 different heart conditions between the two of them. I could not have forseen what my life has been like thus far, but I am grateful for the path that has led me to where I am today.

I want to share the following video. It's about 5 minutes long. It is worth your time to watch it. In it you will hear the quote that I have at the top of my blog. It inspires me every time I read it.

...and sometimes the answers don't come from heaven...or at least not directly. Sometimes he uses angles masquerading as people to provide them. Thank you for sharing! This is going on my blog and also on FB. Love you! Good luck tomorrow!

I'm curios as to what this means ... I have NO idea - really.

"I went to the ... Temple today. I was able to do some work for 13 ancestors of mine."

Heart conditions can be so difficult sometimes. After dealing with Josh's I don't wish anyone to have to go through the worry you experience when you're heart is not working. Good luck with your new boys!

It funny how life works out. I too have sat and thought about how my life has turned out and I would have NEVER guessed that I'd be where I am today. I could have never predicted how much the blessings and trials would impact me. I agree Jill though, Heavenly Father has a plan for us. I also have to thank you for your quote at the top of your blog. It has gotten me through one of the hardest times of my life. I love this video, literally one of my very favorites. The message is so powerful. Good luck Jill with all of your upcoming events!
