Piano lessons

Anna has been in piano lessons for a year now. Her teacher, Joyce, does a good job of reigning Anna in and helping her focus during the 45 minute lesson each week. Joyce, unfortunately, has some health problems and this past week we took some treats and a card that Anna made over to her house. I received the following email:

Dear Anna,

You were so thoughtful to bring me cookies and such a sweet card for helping me to get better. I'm much better now and will be glad to see you on Tuesday for your lesson. I missed seeing you this week.

Is not that so sweet? I mean, how many piano teachers really LOVE their students? I was deeply touched by Joyce's love for our daughter. :)
