Don’t give up. Don’t you quit. You keep walking. You keep trying. There is help and happiness ahead. You keep your chin up. It will be all right in the end. Trust God and believe in good things to come. Some blessings come soon, some come late, and some don’t come until heaven; but for those who embrace the gospel of... Jesus Christ, they come. -Elder Jeffrey R. Holland
We're going to a black tie Gala that Gary's work is putting on. It's a good excuse to get a babysitter, get out of the house and have a night on the town. I don't necessarily enjoy work parties but often we leave early and catch a movie or something.
My husband has a seminar that day. I don't mind since my anniversary is three days after, that day, he better remember. So, we aren't doing anything. I might get dinner out of him though.
I'm not sure what we're going to do...I think last year we just took Joshua to dinner with us, but he slept the whole time so it was like we were alone. This year, that won't be the case. I'd like to get someone to watch Joshua--maybe Kirsti and Rich could watch him while we go to lunch, I dunno. Or Brianne could watch him while we're at dinner. Either way, we'll probably do a meal out and then watch a movie at home and snuggle on the couch or something. Very original, I'm sure. =P
Not much. We usually just have a romantic dinner at home. We're usually so overwhelmed with everything that happens in Dec/Jan (christmas, anniversary, jacob's birthday, my birthday, jon's birthday etc.) that by Valentines Day we're valentined out! Hope you guys enjoy it!
I think I'm going to be in Utah with Evie. Promised my papa I'd help him out in Feb. and Josh of corse will be here going to school. Not much exciting there.
We're starting a new tradition this year of giving each other handmade gifts that we've made. I'm excited!
I usually prefer not going out to eat on Valentine's Day and battling the crowds. I think it's more romantic to stay home! (of course, I don't have kids right now...I might change my mind about that someday!)

I'll be enjoying my baby moon and picking my mom up from the airport. Not necessarily romantic, but the product of romance :)
