Juice Fast
Have any of you seen the film: FAT SICK AND NEARLY DEAD? Well, Tyler and I watched it on Saturday and we are inspired by the film and are planning to do a 10 day juice fast. Would anyone like to join us? It's just for 10 days. We can do anything for 10 days, right?
